Key Features: 

• DNA (200 bp) + Histone Octamer →  Nucleosomes + H1 histone → Chromatin
• Histone: positively charged Protein (rich in Lysine & arginine)
• Histone octamer made of 8 subunits
• Chromatin packed with help of NHC (non-histone chromosomal proteins) - SCAFFOLDING
